Scripture: Psalm 23 and Ephesians 2:11-22 and Mark 6:30-34, 53-56

Idea 1: Commit to taking 5 minutes at bedtime to do the Faith5

1. SHARE your highs and lows
2. READ a Bible verse or story
3. TALK about how the Bible reading might relate to your highs and lows
4. PRAY for one another’s highs and lows
5. BLESS one another

Idea 2: Jesus took his disciples to a quiet place to rest (Mark 6:31-32). Spend some time in a quiet place for your devotional time this week. Light a candle to represent the presence of Jesus with you. Focus on the candle in your silence. Finish your quiet time by saying the Lord’s Prayer or your own prayer.
